You can insert exercise 'blocks' into posts and create workouts for your members.<\/p>\n\n\n
Importing Muscles<\/p>\n\n
After installation of the plugin, you'll need to install all the muscle images and categories. Luckily, We've created a standard Wordpress xml import to simplify this.<\/p>\n\n
Download the muscle import file from Settings -> Go Exercise.\nNavigate to the Tools -> Import screen.<\/p>\n\n
Under Wordpress you may need to install the importer.\nIf already installed, run the importer.\nBrowse to the downloaded file.<\/p>\n\n
Click the 'Upload file and import' button\nOn the next screen from the drop-down select box assign the imports to an existing Author.<\/p>\n\n
Important \nCheck the box marked 'Download and import file attachments'\nThe muscles will begin importing. If the install fails due to timeout issues, simply repeat.<\/p>\n\n

Once you have created a library of exercises you are free to insert them into posts. You can do this with our 'Exercises' block (under common blocks).<\/p>\n\n

You can use the in-built templates or some web-developers may wish to create their own.<\/p>\n\n
To create your own copy the files from go-exercise-free\/public\/template to go-exercise-free\/templates.
